On the ground floor there is 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 entrance hall, 1 parlour, 1 reading room, bathrooms, telephone, TV, microwave, dishwasher, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, ping pong, indoor parking. The kitchen is furred by handmade Vietri tiles, and provided with furniture in olive tree wood and an old fireplace. Next to the kitchen there a is comfortable breakfast room connected with the main entry that leads into a large and elegant parlour close to a reading room with private toilet.

Not too far from the Villa, there is the suggestive dépendance “Suite dell'Angelo” that takes its name from the stableman who lived here with his wife, three centuries ago. Restructured in respect of the original setting, the main room, with a star vault, preserves the ancient fireplace and is equipped with double bed, air conditioning, TV. In the other two spaces we find the full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside, in the suggestive frame of secular trees and bloom plants, there is a space full equipped for breakfast, lunch and dinner . It is possible to rent the suite only, or in combination with the Villa.

In the same estate there is Villetta Solatìa, a building where once lived the oenologist. The structure has been divided in two autonomous and independent housing unities. Every apartment, 70 square meters large with air conditioning, has two comfortable bedrooms, bed, kitchen-sitting - sitting room, bathroom with shower and washer, TV set. It is also available an additional bed place. It is, moreover available an outdoor space equipped with garden-furniture, a barbecue in tuff stone, shower, access to the terraces and outdoor parking.
